There are many things in our society that grab us and will not release. In some cases sex is just one of them. Possibly that's the case for you or your spouse/partner.

These questions are meant to assist you be much more aware of some behaviors that maybe indicate that sex has a hang on you. If you respond to yes to three or even more concerns it probably is wise to take a more detailed look at the location of sex in your life.

1) Do I make love at inappropriate times, inappropriate areas and/or with the incorrect people?

2) Do I make pledges to myself or policies for myself worrying my sex-related habits that I find I can not adhere to?

3) Have I shed matter of the variety of sex-related partners I've had in the past 3 years?

4) Do I make love despite the consequences (e.g. the danger of being caught, the risk of having herpes, gonorrhea, AIDS, and so on)?

5) Do I really feel uncomfortable regarding my self pleasure, the dreams I take part in, the props I utilize, and/or the areas in which I do it?

6) Do I really feel seasoned, tired, cynical? Am I on the path to that?

7) Do I really feel that my life is unrestrainable because of my sex-related habits?

8) Do I make love as a means to handle or escape from life's problems? DoI feel qualified to sex? Do I feel as though I have made sex?

9) Do I have a serious connection endangered or damaged as a result of outside sexual activity on my component?

10) Do I feel that my sexual Birdylovesit life affects my spiritual life in an adverse method?
